gps malfunctioning? (galaxy note 4)

CAUSES

- Unconfigured settings

- External obstruction by phone’s case

- Interference of the micro SD

- Unwiped cache partition

SOLUTION

-Ensure ‘high accuracy’ setting is ENABLED via Settings>Location>Mode

-Remove the phone’s case

-Remove then re-insert SD card

- Wipe the cache partition via the System recovery menu

- BackUp and factory reset device via Settings>BackUp and reset>Factory data reset>Reset device
