-‘Open via Home’ option is ENABLED

- High animation scale settings

- Laggy default TouchWiz user interface

- Outdated software version

SOLUTION

-Disable ‘Open via Home’ key via ‘S-voice’

-Go to Settings>Developer Options and set:

.Windows animation scale from 1 to 0

.Transition animation scale from 1 to 0

.Animator duration scale from 1 to 0

-Try using 3^rd party launchers instead of the default TouchWiz

-Ensure software is updated via Settings>About device>Software Updates>Update now
