camera won't load/freezes? (ipad air)

CAUSES

- Obscured camera lens

- Camera app not allowed in ‘restriction’ settings

- Malfunctioning camera app

SOLUTION

- Ensure nothing is obscuring the camera lens

- Reload the camera app by double tapping the Home button and bring up the camera app, close it then load it again.

- Reboot the device by pressing and holding the ‘Sleep/Wake’ + ‘Home’ buttons for 10 seconds until it reboots

- Allow the camera app in ‘Restriction’ settings via Settings>General>Restrictions

- Reset all settings via Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings

- Perform backup and restore via Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup and select Backup Now.

After the backup, you can now perform a full reset via Settings>General>Reset>Erase all contents & settings
