CAUSES
- Loose camera
hardware
- Lens
obstruction by foreign object (protective film, debris, fingerprints etc)
- Unconfigured
camera settings
- Uncleared data
in camera app
SOLUTION
- Shake/Tap the
device every time you use the camera
- Ensure there
are no foreign objects obstructing the lens
- If you use a
case, try removing it to see if it persists
- Turn off the
Note 4 and slap camera onto palm of hand severally then turn on device
- Open camera
app, tap on gear icon, 3 dots for full menu>metering modes and change them
to matrix or spot
- Open camera
app, go to modes>manage modes and DESELECT everything
- Clear
data/Force Stop the camera app via Settings>Application manager> All>Camera>Clear data/Force
