CAUSES
- Software update glitch
- Low network coverage
- Router channel configuration
- Bluetooth interference
- DNS server configuration
SOLUTION
- Reset network settings via Settings > General > Reset
- Disable Bluetooth - Switch wifi 'OFF' then 'ON' again
- Switch airplane mode 'OFF' then 'ON' again
- Disable wifi networking via Settings > Privacy> Location Services > System services > Wi-fi networking 'OFF'
- Toggle router channel speed ( faster speeds have shorter ranges and vice versa)
- Switch DNS to Google via Settings > Wifi > Tap 'i' icon on router > DNS, then enter 8.8.8.8 and restart your device.
- Check for software update via Settings > General > Software Update
- Reboot
- Factory reset
