- Blockage of ventilation openings in console/power supply

- Placement of console in a confined space

- Placement of console near heat sources

SOLUTION

- Ensure all ventilation openings of the console/power supply are all open

- Place the console in a free unconfined space with proper ventilation

- Place the console away from heat sources
