Jammed DVD drive? (Xbox 360)

CAUSES

- Cracked DVD or CD inside disc drive

- Use of smaller than standard DVDs and CDs when console is vertical

- Vertical/Horizontal tilting of console while discs are still inside

SOLUTION

- Ensure DVDs or CDs used are NOT cracked/damaged in any way

- Use smaller than standard DVDs and CDs ONLY when console is horizontal

- Remove discs first before tilting the console either vertical/horizontal
