SOLUTION
- Ensure the
headset jack is entirely in its port
- Check the volume
level
- Change/remove
the maximum volume limit settings
- Ensure it is NOT
in paused mode
- Ensure you have
the latest iTunes software
- Ensure the iPod is firmly
docked and all cables properly connected (Apple Universal Dock)
