SOLUTION
- Ensure your
blackberry is connected to the wireless network
- Ensure wireless
service plan includes voice/phone services
- Ensure fixed
dial mode is disabled/if preferred enabled, ensure the contact appears in the
fixed dialing list
- When abroad,
ensure you dial beginning with the country code and area code of your contact
- Disable call
blocking/forwarding
