CAUSES

- Obstruction of microphone and speaker by external debris

-‘Voice enhancement’ and ‘Noise suppression’ mode settings

SOLUTION

- Ensure there are no debris obstructing the microphone and speaker. This can be achieved by blasting compressed air in both sections.

-Toggle ‘Voice enhancements’ and ‘Noise suppression’ on and off via Settings>Call
