CAUSES
- Mute setting is
ENABLED
- Low volume
setting
- Faulty/incompatible
AV cable
- Some software do
not support Digital Audio output
- Incorrect
settings of the system’s audio output settings with the AV cable or device in
use
- Some content
that support Dolby Digital, DTS and other formats may NOT produce audio from
all channels.
SOLUTION
- Ensure the mute
setting is DISABLED
- Ensure the
volume is set to an appropriate audible level
- Ensure your
software supports Digital Audio output
- Ensure the
system’s sound settings are correct.
