Touch ID not working? (IOS 7.1) - vonumpiantu

CAUSES

- iPhone unlock option is OFF

- Fingerprint sensor error

SOLUTION

- Toggle the 'iPhone unlock' option between ON & OFF via Settings>Touch ID & Passcode then leave it ON

- Delete ALL previous fingerprint databases via Settings>TouchID & Passcode>Delete fingerprint then set up a new fingerprint via Add a Fingerprint
