personal hotspot disappeared? (ios 8)

CAUSES

- Software update glitch

SOLUTION

- Go to: Settings > Cellular > Cellular data , type 'Umpiantutech' in the username field then go back to settings and personal hotspot option should now be visible.

- Go to : Settings > Mobile Data > APN Settings and copy the carrier settings to the Personal Hotspot
