CAUSES

- Apostrophe in device’s name

- Access on Lock screen feature is enabled

- Outdated router firmware

SOLUTION

- Reboot your device

- Remove apostrophe from the device’s name

- Put the device into ‘Airplane’ mode then reset the network settings

- Disable access on the Lock screen then reboot the device

- Ensure router firmware is up to date

- Restore the device
