Unrecognized disc? [Playstation3]

CAUSES

- Incorrect placement of the disc

- Incorrect insertion of the disc

- Damaged/dusty/scratched disc

SOLUTION

- Remove the disc and re-insert it

- Ensure the disc is inserted with the label up

- Ensure the disc is NOT damaged, if it is dusty, use a soft cloth to wipe it gently.
