Syncing problems? [iPod Touch]

CAUSES

- Low battery

- Unrecognized USB port connection

- Malfunctioning PC

- Outdated iTunes version software

- Pod Touch is NOT joined to a wifi network connected to the internet (push accounts)

SOLUTION

- Recharge the battery

- Restart the PC and reconnect the iPod Touch

- Disconnect other USB devices connected to the PC except the iPod Touch

- Ensure you have the latest iTunes version software

- Ensure the iPod Touch is joined to a wifi network connected to the internet (push accounts)
