SOLUTION
- Recharge the
battery
- Restart the PC
and reconnect the iPod Touch
- Disconnect other
USB devices connected to the PC except the iPod Touch
- Ensure you have

- Ensure the iPod Touch is
joined to a wifi network connected to the internet (push accounts)
