SOLUTION
- Ensure the mouse
is plugged in
- Replace the
mouse if damaged
- Ensure the
surface the mouse is being used on is responsive to the movements.
- Clean the
underside of the mouse to remove dust [optical mouse]
- Try
re-establishing the connection [cordless mouse]
- Ensure the mouse
is connected to a functioning USB port
