Macbook pc frozen?

CAUSES

- Unresponsive open application

SOLUTION

- Press [Command + Option + Esc] and select the unresponsive application and ‘Force Quit’ it.

- Press and hold the power button to restart the Macbook.

- Press [Command + Ctrl + Power button] to restart the Macbook.
