iPad not visible in iTunes?

CAUSES

- Unstable network connection between Computer and the iPad

SOLUTIONS

- Restart either the computer or iPad (or both)
- Use a cable to connect the iPad and the computer instead of using WiFi
- Disable then Enable WiFi settings on the iPad
